Edward Thomas- CEO

Edward Thomas, Founder and CEO of Let’s Liink, is not your ordinary CEO. Edward grew up in the tough streets of Miami. As a young boy searching for a purpose, he did what most boys did and that was take an inquisitive approach to making friends.
Unbeknownst to Edward, he developed friends that led him into acts that not only got him in trouble but became the very foundation he built Let’s Liink on.
As a result of his connections and acts, Edward was incarcerated on several occasions.
During his last incarceration, Edward became adamant that he would build meaning connections.  Several questions piqued his interest on how to build friendships through networking, dating and mostly, safe fun. The inception of Let’s Liink was started.
Edward was released and began a journey on a reformed lifestyle. He became a CDL contractor visiting over 48 states where he fell in love with meeting new people. Edward realized he could not possibly visit every popular spot, so he began to use social meeting apps but to no avail.  Edward did not achieve the connections he was seeking.
Fall of 2019, Edward knew it was time to push Let’s Liink into action. With his team, they began to birth the newest social app for networking, dating, and FUN!

Meshie Carbon- COO

Meshie Carbon Co-founder and COO of Let’s LiiNK. Raised in Merritt Island Florida, the granddaughter of an immigrant that came to the United States and became a successful business owner of residential and commercial construction company. She looked up to her grandfather who instilled his determination and work ethics into her starting at a young age.
She fell in love with business and technology. Studying business and joining stem in high school before moving on to college where she received three technical degree in the fields of network management, computer database management and general information technology.
In 2020 she was presented with the opportunity to come on board as the COO of Let’s LiiNK and cultivate the idea into an application that would revolutionize the dating and networking industry.

Denzel Thomas- CFO

Denzel is the CFO of LetsLiink with 6 years of experience in Business Consulting, Startup Org Design. Denzel specializes in Economics, with a Specialization in Labor, and is responsible for Strategic Partnerships, Professional Services. Denzel has a vision for talent, helping organizations establish a framework to help them get to the next level with a thorough understanding of the SDLC. Denzel is a powerhouse at Technical Recruiting and building teams by using his enterprise experience and tireless energy to encourage others to work and succeed.

Kayla Walters- Operations Mgr

Kayla Walters is the Operations Manager for LetsLiink. She joins the team as an HR Analyst and Onboarding Professional for one of the major global leaders in financial services. In her role, Kayla manages the Managing Director Executive Induction Team under a “white glove” service for Senior Executives to the company Globally and Firmwide.
Kayla dually manages the role of Regional Marketing and Communications Chair for BOLD FL (Black Organization for Leadership Development) within her firm. Her scope includes Tampa, Jacksonville, South FL, and Orlando.
Additionally Kayla, owns her own property management business and earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Columbus State University.

Dericka Jaye - Social Media Mgr

Dericka Jaye is a content creator who specializes in videography, editing, and social media management.

She received her B.A. in Broadcast Production from the University of South Florida in 2019 and, since then, has worked for organizations ranging from WFLA News Channel 8 to the University Area CDC.

Dericka is currently based in Tampa, but hails from Miami, Florida. Her love for community and culture serves as the basis for her work, and are the underlying themes for the content she creates.
